Simply purchase a prepaid card and book your chosen class online using the booking system below. Booking is not possible unless you have a valid prepaid card.

A 3 HOUR PILATES TRAINING DAY AT SILTA IN LAUTTASAARI
Come and train now for 3 hours in a small group in a variety of ways on a mat, reformer, chair, arch and spring wall!
You get to train at your own level, advancing your training by using different equipment in a versatile way.
At the beginning of the day, you get the program in your hands and progress at your own pace with the teachers helping and giving tips.
Sometimes we do some movements together, some while doing and some while watching.
Everyone can also wish what movements we go through. This is a really fun way to exercise! The teachers will give you tips for your exercise and you can also wonder with your training buddies how great Pilates is!
The number of participants is limited, so you should register quickly.
