Dear Proud Pilates customer, we kindly ask you to create IDs to the reservation system (please scroll down for the link) where you can purchase your prepaid card and after that you can book classes both at Proud Pilates and SILTA JOOGA PILATES. Notice! If you haven't purchased the card, you are not able to book the class. Please find more information here.
Please note, we have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for both equipment pilates and Proud barre classes. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Prerequisites may apply to certain classes so be sure to check the Class Types or chat to your teacher. If you are pregnant or just given birth, please contact us before the purchase.

If you want to refresh the unused classes of your latest card, send a message (the card was purchased not earlier than 2023)! The price per class is €5. (does not apply to astanga, no special classes, no intros)
INTRODUCTION CLASS FOR BEGINNERS
A 55 minute intro with basics. In group 27€/person. As a private class 95€/person. Please contact us if you want to start with a private introduction. For a group introduction pls purchase the prepaid card and book a spot via reservation service.

FIRST TIME OFFER
First 4 sessions €92 (valid for 4 weeks) This is for new Proud customers and you can buy it only once and after the introduction class. If the customer has bought the card for the second time, we will send an additional payment when we convert the card into a card of 5 times. If you have been on a reformer before at some other studio, you are welcome to buy this card when you start at Proud Pilates!

ABOUT THE PRIVATE CLASSES
Please note that during private classes there may be another private client with their teacher in the studio. If you wish to reserve the studio completely for yourself and your teacher, contact us!
Our packages are based on you coming for a class on average at least once a week - if you want to come and see us every day that's also fine! You can pay also with Smartum, e-passi and Edenred. Read more here.

By registering Proud Pilates / SILTA | JOOGA PILATES (Silta) reservation system, you accept and are obliged to read the terms of use. Please leave at least your phone number and email address in the contact information, so we can contact you in case of emergency. The same conditions apply to both Silta and Proud Pilates studios.
